Chief Judge counters criticism of Pusey sentence, says ‘retribution’ can’t prevail

The Chief Judge of the County Court has responded to criticism of the 10-month sentence handed to Richard Pusey over his filming of four police officers who were killed in last year’s horror Eastern Freeway crash.
