Sounds like Morecambe are the division two version of us in the Championship then.
So on your principle regarding Morecambe we should be relegated to be replaced by Oxford who consistently finish in the upper regions of league one but havent managed to secure that promotion to the Championship.

No because the standard of the Championship is obviously greater than that of League 1 and their is fair promotion and relegation between the two divisions.

So explain how the promotion and relegation places between league two and the National League is unfair?
Two relegated and two promoted.
All the supposed 'big teams' you mention that are struggling to get back promoted were relegated under the same two down two up rule.
