90 Day Fiance: Viewers Drag HEA For Bad Acting & Boring Storylines
Many fans of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? aren't quite happy with season 6 thus far. They think that the producers should have worked on some new interesting storylines instead of rehashing old and boring narratives. Some fans also believe that most of the scenes featured in the season look "staged" and "fake." Altogether, 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? season 6 is featuring seven couples. The four OG couples are Angela Deem & Michael Ilesanmi, Kalani Faagata & Asuelu Pulaa, Elizabeth Potthast & Andrei Castravet, and Tiffany Franco & Ronald Smith.
In turn, the other three new couples are Yara Zaya & Jovi Dufren, Julia Trubkina & Brandon Gibbs, and Mike Youngquist & Natalie Mordovtseva. Viewers were quite excited to watch Yara, Jovi, and their seven-month-old baby girl Mylah, but they haven't appeared on the show yet. Meanwhile, Angela is planning to get weight loss surgery. Some fans think it is interesting to see how meemaw avoids food and smoking before getting the surgery, but other fans felt that she was way too flirtatious with her doctor.
Angela Deem appeared to be making her doctor's job harder by hitting on him continuously. He looked "embarrassed" and "uncomfortable," and some fans don't want to see this kind of storyline on TV. Similarly, Elizabeth and Andrei's storyline has become really stale now. The Moldovan native doesn't get along with his in-laws and still wants favors from them. As such, this season will once again be about the drama between Andrei and Elizabeth's "thirsty" family. A fan said (via Reddit), "When are Leeeeb and the OF family going away for good?" Another fan wrote, "Anytime family Libby is involved things go to sh*t."
Even the newest 90 Day Fiance couple, Brandon and Julia, are not able to entertain people. The fans think that Julia is in the United States to be a model, and her story might be quite similar to Paola Mayfield, Juliana Custodio, and Anfisa. A fan wrote, "This season really s**ks! Every scene is the same as the previous one! I'm bored out of my skull!" Somebody else joked that this season is so bad that their Sundays have been "ruined." Even Brandon was seen looking at the camera in a few scenes, making fans believe that he was just acting.
A fan argued that they have watched so many advertisements to watch these couples, that they should at least be entertaining. Still, many viewers are psyched to see Yara and Jovi's daughter. The couple has been hiding their girl's face in their social media pictures, so fans are all the more curious to meet her. Some fans have also suggested producers pick some older couples who are still fan-favorites. For example, the former 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? couple, David Toborowsky & Annie Suwan or Russ & Paola.
