Tehran, May 11, IRNA - Government spokesman Ali Rabiei said on Tuesday that any decision and policy making on Vienna talks on the revival of the JPCOA was made by the most senior authorities in Iran, hoping that an agreement be reached before the expiration of Iran-IAEA deal.
