Miss Minutes Tells Viewers Not To Spoil Loki Episode 5 In New Poster

SPOILERS for Loki episode 5

Miss Minutes tells viewers to not spoil Loki episode 5 in a new poster. Loki is fast-approaching the end of its first season, with this week's entry - "Journey Into Mystery" - setting the stage for an exciting finale. The episode saw the 2012 version of Loki encounter a plethora of other Loki variants in The Void, as he formulated a plan to escape. Though "Journey Into Mystery" didn't have any massive plot twists on the level of "The Nexus Event's" Time-Keepers revelation, it still had several big moments. Chief among them was the finale against Alioth, with Classic Loki sacrificing himself.

Loki has proven to be a massive hit for Marvel and Disney+, making each episode a must-see event. Unfortunately, not every viewer is on the same schedule, which makes it difficult for some to avoid spoilers. Since each Loki episode generates much discussion and speculation, even those who take as many precautions as they can could accidentally discover plot points. Marvel seems to be aware of this. Last week, they shared a poster imploring viewers to not spoil Loki episode 4, and now on the heels of "Journey Into Mystery's" release, they're at it again.

The official Marvel Twitter account shared a new Loki poster featuring the TVA's mascot, Miss Minutes. Similar to the previous one-sheet with the Time-Keepers, the poster reminds viewers spoilers are not allowed on the Sacred Timeline. Check out the post in the space below:

Again, the timing of the poster's release is amusing, as "Journey Into Mystery" released well before this poster came out. By now, viewers have already dissected the episode's plot points, and are awaiting the Loki finale next week. The fact this is now seemingly a regular part of the show's marketing strategy speaks to a possible larger issue with Loki's Wednesday rollouts. Because of various commitments, some viewers have to wait until the weekend to watch. That was more tenable when Disney+ released new episodes on Fridays, but the shift to Wednesday makes dodging spoilers more of a challenge. Unfortunately, this appears to be the norm moving forward, as Disney+ plans to release all shows on Wednesdays (including new Marvel and Star Wars series).

It will be interesting to see how Marvel and Disney handle Loki episode 6 this week. As the season finale, it's bound to have several key talking points, including the unveiling of whoever's truly behind the TVA. Obviously, plot points like that are things the creative team would rather audiences experience on their own, without being spoiled. It'll virtually be impossible to prevent any Loki episode 6 spoilers from spreading immediately after the episode comes out, but perhaps Marvel could attempt to get ahead of the curve by making next week's plea prior to release day.
