An independent MLA of Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) party proposed the name of Mukul Roy and it was supported by Egra Trinamool MLA. Following the announcement by the Speaker, ruckus broke out inside the assembly. Protesting the move, BJP MLAs have walked out from the House .
