San Juan Navajo permits

I called Navajo Parks and Rec today before I sent off my permit request and money. The lady confirmed that the Navajo side had reopened but at 50% capacity. She explained this meant there was a limit of 40 people per campsite. I didn't mention that the river permit limits groups to 25...

Also, I could access the permit request form from my cell but not my computer. She said they were working on the website.
