Jacob Rees-Mogg taunts SNP with Shetland Island independence threat 'Keen to vote!'

JACOB Rees-Mogg mocked the SNP after they attacked the Government for denying Scotland a vote on independence and slyly brought up the Shetland Islands who have been exploring the possibility of becoming a crown dependency like Jersey.
