A 70-year-old woman was rushed to the Kovai Medical Center and Hospital (KMCH)’s emergency department with a massive heart attack and low blood pressure, recently. She was found to have a massive rupture of the heart muscle in her left ventricle, which is a rare complication of heart attack.
