A teacher from Dibrugarh and her husband, who is an employee of Dibrugarh University, was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly torturing a 13-year-old boy who they had adopted a few months ago. The accused, Anuradha Baruah, works as a teacher at Bogibeel ME School, Dibrugarh and her husband Indrajit Handique is an employee of Dibrugarh University.
