Skill, Labour, and Talent for MSMEs: A whopping 88 per cent of micro beneficiaries under PMEGP were ‘negatively affected’ due to the Covid pandemic, according to a recent study conducted by the programme’s implementing agency Khadi and Village Industries Commission.
