Middle Fork Salmon Smoke and Fire Danger

I was wondering if anyone has just come off the Middle Fork of the Salmon and how bad the smoke is in the river cooridor. Also, any threat of fire danger in the area or are rangers advising on potential forest fire issues (other than no fires in camp)?
