Biden administration targeting rural communities with funding for vaccine education and outreach, beefing up testing

The Biden administration is taking additional steps to stem the spread of Covid-19 with additional resources aimed particularly at helping rural communities slow the spread and vaccinate more people as cases rise nationwide, White House Covid-19 senior adviser Jeff Zients announced Thursday.
