Ohio incel planned to ‘slaughter’ women in mass shooting: DOJ

A 21-year-old self-proclaimed incel planned to kill as many as 3,000 people, mostly women, in a mass shooting “out of hatred, jealousy and revenge,” according to the Department of Justice.
