Coroner says Volo man died after being given excessive amount of anesthesia during dental surgery

Corey Causey, 51, died in Advocate Condell Hospital in Libertyville on June 10, the day after he had gone to a Gurnee oral surgeon to have five teeth extracted. During the dental procedure, Causey experienced complications that Banek said were caused by improper anesthesia administration.
