THE EU is behaving in an "absolutely outrageous" and "malevolent" manner towards the UK when it comes to Northern Ireland, but Lord Frost is nevertheless right to resist the temptation to suspend the controversial rules, Brexiteer and former MP Douglas Carswell has said.
