France and Spain travel SAVED from draconian rules – Boris grants EU hotspots reprieve

A last-minute dash for summer sun is expected today after Boris Johnson saved top holiday hotpots from draconian travel rules. Hated restrictions on France will be lifted and Spain has escaped being plunged onto the red list. More countries were also added to the green category, including Austria, Germany and Norway.
