'We'll have to keep close eye': Grant Shapps warning for holidays as green list changes

SUMMER holidays in Spain have officially been saved with the country remaining on the amber list and being joined by France. Grant Shapps has urged Britons to "enjoy their holidays," but warned the Government will continue to monitor the travel lists.
