Heartbreaking tributes to boy, 3, knocked down & killed by tractor in accident on dad’s farm leaving family distraught
TRIBUTES have been paid to a three-year-old boy run over and killed in a tractor accident as he rode his bike on his dad’s farm.
Ianto Jenkins was declared dead at the scene in rural Clynderwen in Pembrokeshire after being struck by the farming vehicle.
No one else was injured in the horror at dad Guto Sior Jenkins’ dairy farm on Tuesday and an investigation has been launched.
Tributes have now flooded in for the tragic youngster after his dad updated his Facebook profile picture to one of him and Ianto.
One wrote: “Deepest sympathy to you and the family.
“I can’t imagine such an nightmare, but I can ensure that all your family, your friends, the people of Efailwen and the whole of Wales are thinking about you and the family at this dark hour in your life.
“Take comfort from the sweet memories you have and try to keep strong.”
Another wrote: “Thinking of you and your family.
“I can’t even imagine what your going through. Keep strong.”
While one said: “Absolutely heartbroken, taken way too soon.
“You will be missed Ianto, RIP”.

Dyfed-Powys Police said they were called to the site at around 7pm on Tuesday.
A spokesperson for the Welsh force said: “An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing and the family is being supported by specialist officers.”
The Health and Safety Executive have been informed.
