23-year-old on electric kick scooter dies in collision with bus in Turku, Finland

A 23-YEAR-OLD WOMAN on an electric scooter died after colliding with a bus in downtown Turku on Wednesday, reports Helsingin Sanomat.

Officers at Southwest Finland Police Department have opened not only a death investigation but also a criminal investigation into the incident, with a party to the incident tentatively suspected of causing a serious traffic hazard and negligent homicide.
