The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs is creating a specific system to enable French nationals abroad vaccinated with vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency or their equivalents to obtain a COVID certificate valid in France and the European space. Initially, this system is reserved for those already in France or arriving before 31 August. Requests concerning arrival at a later date will be processed later.
