He joins us today with an update. Ibram X. Kendi is a National Book Award-winning author and a leading antiracism scholar. Kendi is the second person to hold the Boston University endowed Andrew W. Mellon Professorship. (The first was Holocaust survivor and 1986 Nobel Peace Prize laureate Elie Wiesel.) Kendi's books include "How to Be Antiracist" and "Stamped from the Beginning: The Definitive History of Racist Ideas in America. His work and ideas have been singled out by Governor Kristi Noem in Executive Order 2021-11 as being "infused with factual errors." Ibram X. Kendi joins us now to talk about his focus on policy
