Jenson Brooksby found himself trailing two-time Grand Slam runner-up Kevin Anderson in a first-set tiebreaker before rattling off the last six points to prevail 7-6 (4), 6-3 in the first round of the Citi Open. Also advancing was Kei Nishikori.
