Dear Colleagues,

I hope you are looking forward to the return of over the OTB chess. For 2021/22 we at the MCA are concentrating on getting the leagues and cup competitions up and running for October but purely for fun and to help you shake off some off the rust we are running two rapid play competitions in September.

 

The tournaments are purely for fun and do not count towards your grade. So if you are looking to try out a stunning new opening for the new season or just to get back into the swing of things then these are the ideal competitions

MCA Open Rapid Chess Championship 2021
Wednesday, 22/09/2021, 7:30 PM
MCA Rapid Chess Championship
7 rounds swiss system
10 min + 7 sec increment

Everyone is invited to play and join either or both tournaments!
