U.S. dollar weakens amid economic data
NEW YORK, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar decreased in late trading on Wednesday as market participants sifted through the latest economic data.
The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, fell 0.20 percent at 92.4530.
In late New York trading, the euro was up to 1.1845 U.S. dollars from 1.1812 dollars in the previous session, and the British pound increased to 1.3779 dolla
