Motorcycle owners in the TILLABERI region of Niger were able to strap on a helmet and hit the road again on Wednesday. Authorities there have lifted restrictions on the use of such vehicles, after a ban was brought in January 2020 - after the bikes were used by jihadist militants to carry out attacks.
