Vintage commercial for Morinaga snacks is hilarious

This 1995 Moringa "Super Ottotto" snack commercial is absurdly wonderful. I had to watch it five times and couldn't stop laughing. This might be the silliest snack commercial I've ever seen. My question is, do the actual snacks come with these miniature heads attached to them?
