Almost no commercial property sector in the world has not been impacted on by the pandemic, with many African cities struggling with high vacancy rates. There are, however, positive signs of a rebound, says commercial and industrial real estate company Swindon Property in its first 'African Cities Insights' report, which cover the second quarter of this year.
