Calcutta High Court stays proceedings in 3 cases against BJP MLA Suvendu Adhikari

Calcutta HC Justice Raj Sekhar Mantha stayed the proceedings related to the CID probe and said: “In cases where he is not named in the FIR, (investigation) shall be allowed to continue, and he shall cooperate with investigating authorities”.
