British Airways to stop using ‘ladies and gentlemen’ announcement to promote diversity

BRITISH AIRWAYS has said it will drop its "ladies and gentlemen" announcement to promote a more diverse environment aboard its aircrafts. The company follows in the footsteps of a number of others who have also adopted more inclusive language.
