Rishi Sunak 'should make it easier' for retirees by cutting ISA penalties in Autumn Budget

RISHI SUNAK will be delivering his next Budget on October 27 and many expect the Chancellor to lay out a number of financial changes. Ahead of this, Mr Sunak has been urged to amend Lifetime ISA rules for the benefit of retirement planning.
