A League of Legends streamer showed off their impressive skills by hitting an incredibly difficult-to-land skill shot on the Ninetaled Fox Ahri. League of Legends players are often showing off their impressive plays and kills. Some involve luck, some involve incredible skill, some involve the predictive power gained by playing thousands of hours. This kill was likely the result of all three.
Though League of Legends has a reputation as having an incredibly toxic player base, it is also full of incredibly skilled players. Beyond the players who make their name playing professionally, there are also streamers who specialize in playing one or two champions to incredible success. These players know the ins and outs of their champions not only in their item builds but also their skills and playstyle. When all that knowledge and skill come together, it can lead to some absolutely incredible plays. That's precisely what happened for one-trick Ahri streamer Legit Korea.
As shared on Reddit by user johnjohn10240525, Legit Korea encounters a ganking enemy Graves in the mid lane. After whittling down Graves's health bar with several auto-attacks, Legit Korea walks forward and flashes over the minions to end up just in front of Graves. It looks as though he will try to instantly cast Ahri's Charm ability, which entrances the enemy champion and forces them to walk towards the caster. Being hit with this Charm would be certain death for Graves, so he smartly also flashes away from what he assumes would be a point-blank charm. However, Legit Korea incredibly managed to predict this move from Graves. Instead of throwing Ahri's Charm straight at Graves, Legit Korea threw it down and away, right to a spot he predicted the enemy would flash to in order to escape towards his own tower. The result is Graves getting hit with the charm and Legit Korea managing to finish off a kill with ease.
The impressiveness of this play cannot be overstated, as most players would figure that Graves would either juke slightly and just throw the Charm right at them, with little time for the enemy to react. Graves could have flashed to the side, avoiding the Charm completely, but Legit Korea managed to predict the move perfectly. It's even more impressive, considering that Legit Korea is playing Ahri in the jungle, which isn't her usual role, and building her for attack speed and critical strike damage.
Regardless of the build and role of the champion, this play demonstrates that Legit Korea is clearly a master of Ahri. The Ninetaled Fox is one of League of Legends's most popular champions and almost all players can appreciate the skills needed for this play.
