A Rohtak girl, 20, was shot at by her stalker on the day of her marriage and is battling for her life in PGIMS, Rohtak. The police arrested the main accused, Sahil Kumar, from the Haryana-Uttar Pradesh border on Sunday evening — four days after the incident at Rohtak’s Bhali Anandpur village on Wednesday night.
