Countryfile viewers open-mouthed as ‘Boris Johnson’ makes rogue appearance on camel farm

COUNTRYFILE viewers have been left open-mouthed after ‘Boris Johnson’ made a rogue appearance on a camel farm.

Sunday’s episode saw presenter Adam Henson head to a camel farm to find out more about the increased popularity of camel milk.

Viewers joked the farmer was a cousin of the British Prime Minister
Represented by ZUMA Press, Inc.

Adam met farmers Joe and Rebecca and said: “I’ve seen hundreds of cows milked, but never a camel, it’s quite extraordinary.

“So, a cow would produce somewhere in the region of what,  25 litres a day, what sort of milk would you get from a camel?”

Rebecca replied: “Two, maybe, but, bearing in mind you’ve got big camels in Somalia who might be producing a lot more.

“These are not camels that are bred for milking.”

Adam then asked Joe if he left Rebecca to do the milking and he replied that he did.

Joe then said: “These camels are quite incredible because unless they really like you, they don’t milk for you.

“They love Rebecca and my daughter, but I’m an animal trainer, not a farmer.”

As he spoke, a number of Countryfile viewers were distracted by his floppy blonde hair, which reminded them of the Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

One wrote on Twitter: “This camel milk farmer on #countryfile looks like a ‘Wish’ Boris Johnson.”

Another added: “A distant cousin of @BorisJohnson explains how it is harder to milk a Camel than the country #countryfile #whatgammonshortage #LBCINews.”

A third tweeted: “Is #boris moonlighting on #Countryfile as a camel farmer … rumbled.”
