NCLT dismisses RTIL RP’s plea to declare transaction made by erstwhile promoter fraudulent

The Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) dismissed a plea filed by the Resolution Professional (RP) of RTIL to declare business transactions to the tune of Rs 1019.48 crore ‘fraudulent’.
