PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Vancouver's seventh annual Korey's Joy Drive is underway for the holiday season.
It's all to remember the life of Korey Cochran who was a city employee that passed away from brain cancer back in 2017. The drive collects donations of toys and warm kid's clothes for the holidays.
