150,000 OLDER households are at risk of being plunged into fuel poverty this winter as energy prices soar. Soaring inflation and rising energy costs have sparked extreme concern for the poorest pensioners, with Age UK warning the number of fuel poor older households could reach over 1.1 million by the spring.
