WFT's Ron Rivera: Hit on TE Logan Thomas avoidable

Washington Football Team tight end Logan Thomas went down Sunday with a knee injury, and the hit from Las Vegas Raiders pass rusher Yannick Ngakoue that did the damage was definitely avoidable, Washington coach Ron Rivera said.

"You know, I thought the play was avoidable. It's unfortunate that the hit occurred and it was low. ... For the most part, I just felt that it was something that was avoidable," Rivera said Monday
