Canada's English dictionary hasn't been updated in almost 2 decades. What does that say about us?

The Canadian Oxford Dictionary was first published in 1998, but there's been no new edition since 2004. While we may have a hard time believing that our version of the language is distinct enough to warrant attention, linguists, lexicographers and writers would disagree.
