Floods in Kampung Morten due to high tide

MELAKA: The floods that occurred in Kampung Morten were due to high tide and overflowing of Sungai Melaka following continuous rain, said Melaka Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) director Abd Hakim Hamzah.
