McDonald's blocked from opening at Rome's Baths of Caracalla

ROME, Italy: Italy's highest administrative court has prevented McDonald's from building a fast-food restaurant close to a historic site.

The court has stopped construction of a 10,000 sq.m outlet close to the third-century Baths of Caracalla, one of Rome's most celebrated ancient sites.
