NHS doctors are exhausted to the point of impairment, survey finds

ONE in four NHS doctors have said they have suffered severe exhaustion that hits their ability to treat patients. The survey of more than 500 UK medics highlighted nearly 40 "near miss" incidents due to fatigue, with at least seven patients harmed.
