Nazara Technologies acquires 55% stake in adtech firm Datawrkz

In the first tranche, it will acquire a 33% stake for Rs 60 crore, of which Rs 35 crore is partly payable in cash and the balance Rs 25 crores will be paid either in cash or share swap by April 2022.
