Masked Singer fans convinced Panda is huge US movie star after spotting two ‘clues’

MASKED Singer fans are convinced Panda is American actress Lucy Liu.

The Charlie’s Angels star, 53, is a popular theory among viewers primarily because she voiced the character Viper in animated film Kung-Fu Panda.

Others also noticed she was in musical Chicago – insisting it’s proof she can sing and dance.

One wrote on Twitter: “I said it before, and I’ll say it again…..Panda is Lucy Liu…..without a doubt!”

Another said: “Panda could be Lucy Liu. She was on Kung Fu Panda.”

A third wrote: “I’m saying Lucy Liu. She was in Kung Fu Panda but she was also in the Chicago film so can sing and dance.”

Another strong contender is Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon.

The cute bear mentioned that it isn’t the first time they’ve been “animated”, prompting some to remember Alesha voiced Powerpuff Girl Bliss.

Also during one VT there was a crate that said “Talent Show Musical Night” which could have been a reference to Britain’s Got Talent, on which Alesha is a judge.

Host Joel Dommett dubbed Panda “one of his favourite characters” to ever be on the programme.

“Panda is just really brilliant, they really get involved in the character, they bring so much to it,” he explained.

“They are one the best characters on the show ever, they are brilliant,” as Mo described them as his “favourite personality” on the show.

He added: “Whoever is in there they seem like a really fun person; they interact with the crowd”.
