Being a single mum doesn’t scare me, says Lauren Goodger as she reveals she’s pregnant with second baby
LAUREN Goodger has said she isn’t scared about being a single mum as she reveals she’s pregnant with her second baby.
The 35-year-old fell pregnant just eight weeks after giving birth to her daughter LaRose and has since chucked out her partner Charles Drury.
She admitted that things are however still “up in the air” with the builder, but she is prepared to do what it takes to be the best mum possible.
Lauren told OK! Magazine: “I’m being strong and getting on with it. I’m excited about having another baby and if I’m a single mum then great. I’ll raise two kids on my own and it’ll be rewarding.”
She went on to say that she plans to be mature about the break up because he will always be part of their lives.
The former Towie star added: “I’s been really hard for me. But I’ve got to focus on the pregnancy and the baby. I’m a very hands-on mum, it’s all on me, so it doesn’t feel much different.”

Just last week, it was reported that Lauren had kicked boyfriend Charles out of her house after The Sun revealed the 24-year-old had a fling with Amy Gilbert while they were separated.
Lauren has decided to put it behind her for now because she doesn’t want to stress herself out while pregnant.
She had blamed their first split on stress – saying Charles, who once dated Katie Price, needed “five minutes out”.
She told New magazine: “Listen, moving house and having a baby are very stressful things. Having a baby, as well as it being a beautiful and amazing thing, really does test couples.
“For Charlie, it’s a lot of change and I think he was quite overwhelmed with everything. As much as he loves me and Larose, he had to take five minutes out.”
