AC Milan star Franck Kessie 'REJECTS Tottenham move' despite two clubs reaching an agreement
Milan have reportedly offered the Ivory Coast international a salary of £5.4million a year but Kessie has so far resisted all offers of an extension.
He is now free to sign a pre contract agreement.
