The recycling of nine major renewable resources, including scrapped iron and steel, copper, aluminium, lead, zinc, paper, plastics, rubber and glass waste, should reach 450 million tonnes by 2025, China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said on Friday January 21.
