RHOBH Kathy Hilton Believes She Manifested Her Marriage
Manifestation isn't just a thing for witchy-spiritual girls; Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kathy Hilton is also a firm believer in the power of thoughts and recently explained how she manifested her 42 year-long marriage. In 1979, Kathy married her husband Richard Hilton, the chairman and co-founder of Beverly Hills real estate brokerage firm Hilton & Hyland. Richard is also the grandson of Conrad Hilton, the founder of the Hilton hotel chain. The pair share four children, Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton, Barron Hilton II, and Conrad Hughes Hilton. Kathy's husband lives a more private life than her and their children and does not appear on reality tv like his family.
Kathy is not the only celebrity open about her spiritual belief in Manifestation. Popstar Ariana Grande is also a big believer and spoke openly about it after being cast as Glinda in Wicked, something she'd dreamed about her whole life. Though around since the beginning of time, Manifestation has become very popular on social media within the last few years. Recently, billboards have been appearing across the US and Canada featuring old celebrity tweets in which stars wrote one of their now accomplishments years before it happened. One of the billboards features a photo of former One Direction member Niall Horan playing an electric guitar next to a tweet where he announced he had signed up to compete on The X-Factor. Niall would go on to form One Direction on the show and become an international success.
Kathy explained that not only is she a manifester, but her daughters Paris and Nicky are too. In a recent interview on The Real, Kathy explained that she grew up with divorced parents, and it was something that always bothered her. She made sure when she grew up, she would do anything to prevent her marriage from falling apart, saying, "I always promised myself that I was gonna make sure that I was gonna have a wonderful marriage and really take care of and nurture that marriage." Kathy added that her daughter Paris always wanted to be a star while Nicky was interested in fashion. Both girls have succeeded in making their childhood dreams come true.
As for anyone looking for an explanation of how Manifestation works, the star puts it simply, "you visualize, and you make happen." A lot of people spend their days ruminating on thoughts and focusing on things they don't like, keeping themselves in a negative headspace. But the RHOBH cast member emphasized, "your thoughts are really powerful," and believes what you think about comes true, so you should be careful what you're focusing on. Fellow Real Housewives star and The Real co-host Garcelle Beauvais also added her own experience and advice, saying she manifested being on the talk show and shared her love for vision-boarding.
If anyone is still doubting the power of Manifestation, let the Hilton's be the evidence. The family is valued at $4.5 billion, and they certainly didn't get there by believing it wasn't possible. As for Kathy's marriage, the two are approaching their 43rd anniversary this year and still going strong. They're also setting an amazing example for newlyweds Paris and Carter Reum, who will likely follow in their footsteps by manifesting a long-lasting relationship.
