Ballots have been mailed for our Feb. 8 special election. While we as a community continue to navigate the ongoing changes not just locally but nationally it is important that we remember key partners in our community. The Snohomish School District is tasked with the education and safety of our children. Though there may be differences in opinions on specific ways that education happens I believe that everyone in our community supports paying for the staff necessary to support our children and their futures.
