90 Day Fiancé: Unknown Behind-The-Scene Facts Exposed By David Murphey
Former 90 Day Fiancé cast member David Murphey spills some unknown filming facts during his Instagram Live. The 63-year-old reality star is remembered for his interesting storyline on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 4. He appeared on the show alongside his internet girlfriend, Lana, in hopes of getting married to her. Viewers were confused by David's one-sided relationship and felt that he was probably being scammed. To everyone's surprise, Lana was real, and she even agreed to appear on the show. Although the couple got engaged, they couldn't make their relationship work.
In November 2021, Lana revealed on Instagram that the two were no longer together. While David had always hoped to make things work with his ex-girlfriend, he is finally moving on. Lately, he's making new friends with other 90 Day Fiancé cast members. He was recently spotted hanging out with Amira Lollysa in Las Vegas. They were seen getting flirty with each other when they went out to buy an RV. In one of David's videos, his followers were surprised to spot Amira sprawling on the RV's bed.
After posting a few videos with Amira, David had an Instagram Live. During the 30-minute session, he exposed a couple of behind-the-scenes facts about his storyline with Lana. David confirmed he hasn't spoken to his Ukrainian girlfriend in the last six months. He then revealed he gained weight before joining the show, and he was asked not to lose it to maintain continuity. In David's words, "When you do a show like this, and you have to do so many filmings, after the fact, to fill in gaps or whatever for their story." He reaffirmed, "Their story, not mine. Their story."
David shared that he did a lot of takes of his first meeting with Lana, implying that it was fabricated. According to him, only 5 percent of the story on the show was his own, and the rest was all drama created by TLC. David said he always knew Lana was real, but the producers made it seem like she was a scammer or a catfish. However, he is still willing to do another 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, only if the story is right. He shared, "I haven't agreed to doing some of the stories that they have asked. Just cause I think I know what they're gonna do to it."
David confirmed he isn't anyone's sugar daddy and hasn't paid Amira or Lana to be with him. Despite breaking up with Lana, David still wants to buy an RV and travel around the world. Contrary to what viewers think, he is happy and hasn't been depressed or felt lonely in the last 30 years. Hopefully, the 90 Day Fiancé star will be able to travel as he desires and enjoy the best time of his life.
